The historic Openheimer-Montgomery Building, constructed in 1892, was completely renovated by our firm. This award-winning landmark created accommodations of contemporary office and studio space in a historic and urban setting that has served us well since 1981. Shefelman and Nix Architects has maintained an active and varied practice ever since the firm was established in 1977.
